User name & Password

   This is the screen you will type in you user name and password.  To get to this screen you need to click  on 'My Computer', and then 'dial up networking'.  There then should be an icon that you have made so that you can connect.  Double click on this icon and this screen should appear.  Make sure that the phone number on this screen and the one you are setting up are the same.
